I just completed with Laird Bergad, of the City University of New York, AGRARIAN PUERTO RICO: RECONSIDERING RURAL ECONOMY AND SOCIETY, 1899-1940. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, January, 2020.

The working title of my current project, in collaboration with Rick Baldoz of Brown University, is “The Bordering of America: Hawaii, the Philippines, Cuba and Puerto Rico after the War of 1898.”
